This property is situated in Mawnan Smith & the customer just had a new kitchen fitted and wanted me to paint her kitchen ceiling, i rubbed down the wood work the sealed up the knots with Zinnser bin painted then used Dulux primer & undercoat then a dulux satinwood as a top coat, the customer was over the moon when i finished.
