This property had some water damage to the ceiling and walls in there kitchen, they had a builder in to fix the leak then waited for the ceiling and walls to dry out then I scraped off the loose paint and used a oil based sealer wear needed, I then filled in the walls using tetrion filler, after it had dried I rubbed it all down then used Leyland vinyl matt in brilliant white for the ceiling and Leyland vinyl matt in magnolia for the walls. This property is located next to Trebah gardens near Mawnan Smith.
